Every notarial appointment is different. Scheduling needs and service rates can vary depending on the documents involved, the appointment location, and the services required.
My goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Before your appointment is confirmed, I'll walk you through the estimated charges and explain any cost that could vary before we proceed.

How Service Rates are Determined
Service rates are based on the number and type of notarial acts required, the number of signers, and the specific needs of the appointment. Some documents require more than one notarization or contain multiple sections that must each be notarized separately.
Mobile travel fees are calculated seperatly based on the appointment location. After-hours, holiday, or urgent-service charges may also apply.

Witnesses
You are welcome to provide your own witnesses at no additional charge. If you would like me to arrange witenesses, an additional fee will apply and advance arrangemants are required.

Travel Fees & Availability
Cornerstone maintains established travel fees for appointments within the City of Denton and throughout Denton County. Travel beyond Denton County is calculated according to the time and distance inviolved, and availability may vary based on location and scheduling requirements.

Fee Notes
1) Applicable fees will be discussed before appointment is scheduled.
2) Notarial fees will be estimated using the information provided by the person making the appointment.
3) Fees may change if the number or type of notarizations differs after document review.
4) Travel fee covers the time and distance to reach the appointment.
5) Travel fee remains due if Cornerstone arrives but the signing cannot be completed for reasons beyond Cornerstone's control.
Payment Information
Payment is collected at the conclusion of your appointment. For your convenience, payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment options will also be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled.
