Meet Philip Austin

Philip is the founder of Cornerstone Notary and Signing Services, proudly serving Denton and surrounding counties. Established in 2022, the business was built with a mission to provide trustworthy, accurate, and professional notarial services to the community.

Before launching his mobile notary business, Philip built a distinguished 50-year career in the aviation industry, where he worked extensively with highly regulated and detail-sensitive documentation, served as an expert witness in legal proceedings, and owned and operated an international technical training company. This decades-long experience in precision-driven work laid the foundation for the high standards of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism he brings to every notarization.

Philip was inspired to create Cornerstone Notary after watching his parents struggle to find a reliable and trustworthy notary during important life moments. That experience fueled his passion to protect the public from fraud, support clients during significant events, and expand access to dependable notarial services for individuals and communities in need.
