Hello, My name is Philip Austin.  I am a Texas commissioned Notary Public, NNA & LSS Certified Notary Signing Agent, bonded, insured and background Screened. 
I created CornerStone Notary & Signing Services (CSNSS) as a mobile notary & loan signing service to provide the real estate industry a level of personal care they can trust while working with their customers. 
I also wanted to ensure that all general notary work consumers are provided with convenient and trustworthy services that would aid in deterring fraud and identity theft. Helping to protect the personal rights and property of private citizens from forgers, identity thieves and exploiters of the vulnerable.  
It is my goal to provide a trustworthy, timely and seamless service from our first meeting to the conclusion of your notarization needs.  The world has changed in the recent years and some services are just getting harder to find.  Rather than wasting your valuable time searching for locations that no longer offer these services allow me to come to you when needed.
